Marcus Dreyer
In June 2003, Marcus Dreyer decided, together with his partner Thomas Starsetzki, the merger of his market research company MDS with the SKOPOS GmbH & Co. KG. As managing director Marcus Dreyer is responsible for the business areas marketing, sales and Public Relations. He focuses on the service industry, especially financial services. Focal points are mystery shopping, customer satisfaction and employee surveys. Marcus Dreyer collected his first professional experience at Allianz Life Insurance and the Colonia-North Star (now AXA). After studying sociology at the Free University of Berlin, he held various management positions, in which the sales aspects were a major substantive component.

Olaf Hofmann
In 1995, Olaf Hofmann founded the full service market research company SKOPOS GmbH & Co. KG. Olaf Hofmann’s main focuses are automotive and communications research as well as international market research. Olaf Hofmann studied psychology at the University of Bonn and put his emphasis on methods and media research, and organizational psychology. The father of three daughters was chairman of the German Society for Online Research (DGOF) from 2001 to 2004. Olaf Hofmann publishes specialist publications and lectures on the topics of communication and online research as well as quality standards in the market and social research. He is a member of the German delegation to the ISO Technical Committee for Market and Social Research and BVM-seminar leader for online market research and innovative treatment apparatus and method. Olaf Hofmann was a member of the board of directors of the Globalpark AG until 2009. He is a member of the board of trustees of the energy efficiency foundation since 2010.

Thomas Starsetzki
Starsetzki Thomas is managing partner of SKOPOS GmbH & Co. KG with the industry focus pharmaceutical / chemicals, telecommunications, electronics and capital goods. He merged his market research company MDS, together with his partner Marcus Dreyer, with the former SKOPOS GmbH in June 2003. Prior to his self-employment Thomas Starsetzki managed the office of the Market Research Institute Psyma Online Research GmbH in Cologne for two and a half years. After studying social sciences with emphasis on Empirical Social Research in Duisburg, he gained his first practical experience in market research for Rogator AG in Nuremberg. Prior to his studies, he trained as an industrial manager and worked for several years as an export clerk with Mannesmann AG. Thomas Starsetzki is the author and publisher of the first German book on online market research.
