SKOPOS NEXT is located on the premises of the Media Magic Media Company (MMC) in Hürth. The reception is on the second floor of building G. Here we provide a detailed map to print. You can also view the route in Google Maps. Here are the directions for those arriving by car, train or plane.
Arriving by car
You can find the visitor entrance to the Media Centre in the above map and the local direction arrows will show you how to get to the parking lot of SKOPOS and from there walk to Building G. Please enter destination "at the Hasenkaule 22" into your satnav.
Coming from the north or southwest:
A1 direction Cologne, at intersection Köln-West take the A4 direction Olpe / Bonn, exit the A4 at Köln-Klettenberg. At the end of the exit turn left towards Hürth.
Coming from the south / southeast:
A3 direction Cologne, change to the A4 at the Heumarer triangle towards Aachen. Leave the A4 at exit Köln-Klettenberg. At the end of the exit turn left towards Hürth.
Coming from the east:
A4 direction Aachen, exit at Köln-Klettenberg. At the end of the exit turn left towards Hürth.
For any car journey after leaving the A4:
After about 2 km on the Luxembourg road (on the left hand side is a bank) turn left into Hans-Böckler-Road at a large intersection. Follow the road for about 1 km. Turn left into Hasenkaule. After about 50 meters, turn right into the premises of the Magic Media Company MMC and park in the visitor parking area. Please report to the gatekeeper. SKOPOS is on the premises in Building G, reception is on the second floor.
Arriving by train
Start from Cologne or Bonn main station: Take the regional train, destination station Hürth-Kalscheuren (journey time from Cologne or Bonn main station: approx 18 minutes). The Media Centre is located directly behind the railway station Hűrth-Kalscheuren. Enter the media center using the nearest train station hub (see map). Enter building G through the side entrance. The SKOPOS reception is on the second floor.
Arrival by plane
Airport Cologne/Bonn. Distance airport - institute by taxi / car: about 20 minutes. Take into account the above reference: "Coming from the southeast” when traveling by rental car.
